Orangeburg, SC (WLTX) Three men were arrested early Wednesday morning on charges they sold heroin at a gas station in Bowman.

Orangeburg County deputies were called to a gas station on Vance Road in Bowman around 8 AM because a car had been sitting at a gas pump and hadn't moved for over an hour.

When the officers arrived, they say could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the car. When they asked the three men for identification, they could not provide the vehicle's owner's name or the vehicle's registration, nor could they say why they were in Orangeburg or where they were headed.

A K9 officer searched the vehicle and officers found a .22 caliber rifle wrapped in a jacket in the trunk. Deputies say one of the subjects also had five packets of heroin hidden in his sock.

The three arrested were; Cedrick Burnett, 18, Frieson Wilson III, 25 and Marquan Gibbs, 23 all from North Carolina.
