Jurors will go into day three of deliberations in the federal trial against Jonathan Pinson
The jury in the federal trial against Jonathan Pinson will go into day three of deliberations after the jury didn't reach a verdict on Tuesday.
Jurors stayed in their room until 3 p.m. when they asked for a phone call to be played.
However, when everyone got into the courtroom to hear it, they announced they had it figured out.
Around 4:45 p.m., jurors said they had a handful of calls to be played and listened to nearly a dozen of the wire tapped calls for clarification.
They continued deliberating until 6:15 p.m. and agreed to come back on Wednesday morning.
Jude David Norton advised the courtroom that he will be leaving on Wednesday for vacation, so if jurors don't reach a decision by a certain point he will have to turn the case over to Judge Joe Anderson for the remainder.
