Clarendon County, SC (WLTX) - Authorities have recovered the body of a swimmer that was reported missing Friday night in Lake Marion.

Clarendon County Coroner Hayes F. Samuels, Jr. has identified the man as 29-year-old Jeffrey Brigman.

Officials say they found Brigman at approximately 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Nelson Cut which is located between Potato Creek and Randolph's Landing.

McCullough says he was last seen around the dam area close to the bridge channel.

Our CBS affiliate WBTW in Florence reports that Brigman was a former volunteer paramedic with the Howe Springs Fire Department.
