Austin, TX (KVUE/WLTX) -- A total of 22 charges have been filed against Rashad Owens, the man accused of driving drunk and plowing into a crowd of SXSW festival-goers last month.
Owens, 21, was already charged with capital murder in the crash that killed 4 people and injured 20 others. His Facebook account list Orangeburg as his hometown.

Twenty more charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon have been filed against him, according to the Travis County Jail's website.
Officers believe Owens intentionally drove through barriers set up for the music festival at Red River and 9th Street on March 13.
Jamie West, Steven Craenmehr, Sandy Le and De'Andre Tatum were killed.
Owens is set to appear in court on April 9 for the capital murder charge.
