Hartsville, SC (WLTX) --- The small campus of Coker College is where a pair of Dutch Fork graduates have extended their basketball careers.

Julian Nelson is a junior for the Cobras, while Errick Bethel is a sophomore. Both play in the backcourt and both are contributing to the Coker program.

Nelson came into Tuesday night's game with Queens leading the team with an average of16.5 points per game. The visitors from Charlotte held Nelson to six points, but Bethel responded with leading the team in scoring with 11 points.

The Cobras lost 55-50 to Queens, their fourth loss in a row. Their last three setbacks have been by a combined total of eight points.

Coker can still end the regular season on a positive note at Friday nightwhen the Cobras host Belmont Abbey. A win would even Coker's overall record to 13-13 and conference mark to 10-10 head ing into next week'sConferenceCarolinasTournament.
