Chapin, SC (WLTX) - A two-sport standout at Chapin High School, Sam Holaday served as a captain for both the Eagle football and wrestling teams.
On the mat, he had several significant wins over wrestlers who were ranked number one in their class and he finished as one fo the top 10 wrestlers in the state.
In the classroom, Sam says he applies the same discipline that it takes to be a technically sound athlete in the classroom. The result is a grade point average above a 4.0.
Chapin wrestling coach Ken Wilson says Sam will go down as one of the premier wrestlers in the Chapin program because of his performance on the mat, in the classroom and the community.
