(WLTX) --- Clemson's season-opener at Georgia will kick off at 5:30 pm in Athens.
Last year, the two teams opened the 2013 in Clemson with the Tigers winning 38-35.
This meeting on August 30 will mark Cole Stoudt's debut as the Tigers' starting quarterback and will also be a measuring stick for Clemson's receiving corps which will need to find some firepower with Sammy Watkins now working for the Buffalo Bills.
The start time for Clemson's first two games has now been announced. Clemson's home opener against South Carolina State will begin at 12:30 p.m. and the November 6 game at Wake Forest, a Thursday contest, will start at 7:30 p.m.
