Midlands Outfitters pay to Use Zoo Lot For River Access

Columbia, SC (WLTX) - The Riverbanks Zoo and Gardens signed an agreement giving three Midlands outfitters access to the zoo's parking lot for river patrons after an announcement the zoo plans to build a fence around the lot restricting access.
