Though you will want your accommodations to reflect the overall look and feel of your wedding, make sure they are suitable for your guests.

Think about where the hotel is in relation to the church and reception site.  You may want to consider scheduling a trolley or shuttle to take guests to and from the service and reception.  Another nice touch is to ask the hotel staff to place a gift basket in the rooms of out of town guests.  You can make these baskets yourself, and fill them with snacks, maps, entertainment (DVDs or CDs) trinkets, and your hometown favorites.  Consider toys or crayons for children! Attempt to make the accommodations as comfortable as possible while reflecting YOUR personality!
