Many brides will go on a diet and begin a health kick before their wedding. Be realistic in your goals and be careful to check with a Doctor if starting a Diet Program. Keep in mind that the months leading up to your wedding can be stressful so proper attention to nutrition, exercise, and stress relief are key to staying healthy. And don't ignore your mental well-being either.   Also, be sure to remember: The more weight you lose, the more your dress will have to be altered!  Scheduled fittings accordingly.
