The wedding rehearsal typically occurs the evening before the big day. All attendants, officiants and some family will be present during this event. Usually, a rehearsal dinner will occur after this. Customarily, the rehearsal dinner is planned and paid for by the groom’s family. This dinner event may range from a small gathering in someone’s home or a church fellowship hall, to a bigger, catered meal at a banquet hall.

Quick Tip: Don’t forget to send invitations for the rehearsal dinner to close family friends and out of town guests!
