Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Eclomedia, Inc., is expected to bring 200 news jobs to Orangeburg County with a $52 million investment in its first North American operations.
A U.S. subsidiary of Zhangzhou Sanlida Environmental Technology Corporation, the plant imports and recycles waste paper and plastic to be used in foam and cast plastic parts.

Orangeburg County was also awarded a $750,000 Rural Infrastructure Fund grant to help with site preparation and building construction.
Located at 2084 Rowesville Road in Orangeburg, the facility is expected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2018.
