3 Things Poppin' in Northeast Ohio: Summer Arts Fest, Margaritas and Mimosas Fest, and Taste of Lakewood

Get out and explore all that Northeast Ohio has to offer.

CLEVELAND — Have you lived in Northeast Ohio forever, or maybe you're new to the area? Whatever your story, the region has tons to offer when it comes to experiences and adventures. 

However, at times it can be hard to find and narrow down the best ways to spend your time. That's where I come in.

Normally, I keep you up to date on the latest pop culture stories every day in "Pop Break" on "What's New" at 5 p.m., but now, with this new segment "3 Things Poppin' in Northeast Ohio," I'll be sharing with you my picks for trendy things to do on the weekends.

So without further delay, here's what I think you should check out this weekend, June 10 - June 12.  

Summer Art Fest at Wade Oval

If you love art, and a good time then the Summer arts fest at wade oval is for you.

From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., guests can enjoy the interactive festival, food vendors, live entertainment and so much more.

The event is being organized by University Circle Inc. and the Cleveland Museum of Art, is free and open to the public.

Margaritas and Mimosa Fest

And if you’re looking for good time, how about checking out the Margaritas and Mimosa Fest at Hi and Dry in Tremont.

From 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., you can participate in a bar hop and cocktail celebration.

Grab your friends and enjoy hard seltzer, hand-crafted margarita & mimosa specials at four bars and restaurants in the area.

Taste of Lakewood

A taste of Lakewood returns this Sunday to Madison park.

From 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can enjoy live music, raffles, the merchant market full of local vendors plus all-day fun.

Admission is free and food and drinks are pay-as-you-go.
