She was just 15 years old, the singer said.

ATLANTA — The daughter of gospel singer Micah Stampley has passed away, the family announced on Tuesday.

Mary Stampley died "due to complications with a seizure," according to a news release. She was just 15 years old.

"Funeral arrangements and ways to comfort the family will be shared as soon as details are confirmed," said spokesperson David Robinson in a statement announcing the death.

Several of Stampley's albums have performed well on the Billboard gospel charts, and he's been nominated for several Dove Awards and Stellar Awards.

Stampley and his wife, Heidi, reportedly own the coffee shop Orleans Brews and Beignets in Fayetteville, Georgia.
