The countdown is on until 2019 and no party is complete without a signature cocktail.

Josh Streetman, head barman at Motor Supply Company, recommends cocktails that center around celebration: 'Green tea sidecar' and 'Rebirth.'

A 'Green tea sidecar' is made with bourbon-finished cognac, dry curaçao and lemon green tea oleo saccharum.

Streetman's recipe uses Martell Swift bourbon-finished cognac and Ferrand dry Curaçao.

The drink is shaken and finished with bay laurels and lemon zest.

Motor Supply Company's 'Rebirth' cocktail
Rebirth — Sazerac rye, Peychaud’s bitters, Copper and Kings absinthe

'Rebirth' is a fresh take on the New Orleans 'Sazerac' and is made with rye, bitters, absinthe and a splash of simple syrup.
