Deputies seek information in Sumter shoplifting case

Deputies say the suspects stole three items while the manager was assisting another customer.

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. — Sumter County deputies are asking for the public's help to identify two shoplifting suspects.

Deputies say the two men took three items, valued at approximately $100, from a store in the 1200 block of South Guignard Drive on Friday, March 29, 2019 while the manager was assisting another customer. The men reportedly re-entered the store and purchased dog food, investigators say.
