COLUMBIA, S.C. — One man has been shot to death and another is being detained for questioning, according to Columbia Police.
Police say they were dispatched to the 2600 block of Dubard Street around 5:50 p.m. Upon their arrival, police say they found a man fatally wounded. Another man has been detained for questioning, according to investigators.
The Richland County Coroner's Office is assisting with the investigation.
