Court documents said Brothers entered the restaurant near the intersection of Manchester Road and Oakland Avenue at around 3 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2018. He pointed the gun at the manager and forced her to open the safe in the back of the store.

After ordering her to lay on the floor of the restaurant, Brothers grabbed cash out of the safe, ran out the back and drove off.

His sentencing date was set for Jan. 31, 2020.
