Man exposed himself to woman in Lexington parking lot, police say

The incident happened during the Black Friday shopping weekend in the parking lot of the Target store.

Lexington, SC (WLTX) - Lexington police have arrested a man who they say exposed himself to a woman at a busy store parking lot inside the city.

David Dale Becker, 39, is charged with indecent exposure.

Officers say the incident happened on Saturday, November 24 around 4 p.m. at the Lexington Pavilion, which was during the Black Friday shopping weekend. The victim told officers she say Becker drive up and down the rows of parked cars near the Target store. The victim said Becker parked himself near her. She said he then lifted himself out of the car seat to show her his genitals, then began performing a sex act. He then opened the door to the car and continued the activity.

The victim drove away and called police.

He was eventually arrested on December 1. After his arrest, he was given a surety bond of $2,000 and to have no contact with the victim.
