SC Highway Patrol searching for vehicle in hit-and-run

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. — The South Carolina Highway Patrol is seeking information about a hit-and-run collision where a pedestrian was struck and severely injured.

The incident happened on Wednesday, Feb. 5, on Coach Road near Dawson Street in Orangeburg County. Officials with SCHP believe it happened between 5 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.

Officials sat the vehicle involved in the collision is a 1997-2003 White Ford F-150 or 1997-2002 White Ford Expedition. They said the vehicle may have damage to the right passenger front and passenger side mirror.
