UPS employee flashed a woman, Sumter deputies say

Bryce D. Williams is charged with indecent exposure after exposing himself to a woman on Saturday.

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. — A Sumter man has been charged with indecent exposure after investigators say he flashed a woman on Saturday.

According to Sumter County deputies, Bryce Dewayne Williams, 23, was working as a UPS employee when he approached a woman sunbathing on Deer Track Circle and asked her for directions.

When the woman turned to face Williams, she saw his pants unfastened and his genitals exposed. She later positively identified Williams in a State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) six-person lineup.

A $10,000 surety bond was set for Williams during a hearing on Monday. He has been released from jail, according to deputies.
