DADE CITY, Fla. — A Pasco County woman is accused of making a 13-year-old girl walk down a highway naked to discipline her.
Pasco County deputies said Rosalie Contreras, 34, drove the teen down Townsend Road, made her take off her clothes and walk naked down the road.
When another car passed the teen, Contreras ordered her to get back in the car where she then slapped her face and punched her on the back, according to deputies.
Court documents from Pasco County said Contreras admitted to hitting the teen in an interview to discipline her.
Deputies said Contreras was arrested and taken to jail.
