COLUMBIA, S.C. — Four people are now safe after being stranded on the Saluda River Saturday afternoon.
Columbia fire says their swift-water rescue teams pulled four people from the Mill Race dam on the Saluda River, which is near Riverbanks Zoo. They say high water levels caused them to become stranded on part of the dam.
