Columbia, SC (WLTX) - It's Friday night, and you're looking for something to do. Do axes and beer ever cross your mind? Well, now they might!

Craft Axe Throwing is opening up 14 lanes ready for axe throwing later this year in the Vista, specifically at 700 Gervais Street.

So, what is axe throwing? It's essentially a game, throwing real-life axes at big targets for points. You can go the casual route, or get a little competitive with a league. And don't forget the beer! Craft Axe Throwing plans to serve craft brews to make the experience even more exciting. However, according to a release, permits are still pending.

If you're worried about your lack of axe experience, the website says it's "No problem!" Axexperts will be there to help you learn the skill, along with all the rules.

This night out will cost you $20 an hour per person. For more information, visit their website.
