Couple details frustrations with DFCS adoption program

A couple trying to adopt Emani Moss' siblings is frustrated with DFCS.
In November 2013, the body of 10-year-old Emani Moss was found burned and stuffed in a trash can after she was starved to death.

Critics said the Division of Family and Children's Services had failed Moss.

As her father and stepmother await trial, there are new allegations against DFCS, this time from the couple trying to adopt Emani Moss' younger siblings.

Though she was a distant relative, Erika Berrien had never met the children before, but the shocking death of Emani changed everything. Since DFCS had custody of the Emani's siblings, Erika and her husband Marc decided to go thru DFCS' foster-to-adopt program.

They say they had no idea what they would face, beginning when they called the case manager about their first steps in May.
