Super Bowl 'XL' Gets Extra Large Ratings

More people tuned in to watch the Steelers and the Seahawks than any Super Bowl in the last decade.

NEW YORK (AP) - It was the biggest Super Bowl audience in ten years.An estimated 90.7 million people watched thePittsburgh Steelers beat the Seattle Seahawks yesterday. That's five percent bigger than the more-than 86 million who watched last year.The Steelers beat the Seahawks 21-to-ten, but the game wasn't decided until about the final five minutes of play.The last Super Bowl to get bigger ratings was in 1996, when the Dallas Cowboys beat the Steelers.Superbowl 2007 will be seen on WLTX-TV.
