Richland County, SC (WLTX) -- Deputies tell News 19 a man was shot in the upper body off Concord Place around 7 p.m. Saturday, but was taken to the hospital from the Kennerly Road area near the Cracker Barrel.
Investigators are still piecing together what happened, but say the the man may have tried to drive himself to the hospital and likely pulled over on his way.
