Missing woman last seen in Myrtle Beach, considered endangered

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. — The Horry County Police Department is looking for a missing person they believe may be endangered. 

Elizabeth Higgins, 28, was last seen around 8:43 p.m. on the beach near Springmaid Pier in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

She is considered endangered due to health concerns, according to HCPD. 

Higgins is approximately 5’9” and 220 lbs., with black hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a red sundress with Hawaiian flowers.

Anyone with information about Higgins whereabouts is asked to call HCPD at 843-248-1520.
