NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. — This poor kitty thought squeezing through a brick wall was a no-brainer — turns out it was a bit too small.

Luckily, law enforcement was nearby to save the day.

An officer with North Augusta Public Safety was able to pry this cat out of a "hairy situation" using a screw driver, according to a Facebook post by the department.

The officer was trained in several small animal disasters, as well as animal CPR.

Let's hope this cat learned its lesson and sticks to the door next time!
