Sisters reported missing in Sumter found safe

Deputies say the 12 and 14-year-old were both found safe on Wednesday evening.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Two sisters reported missing out of Sumter County have been found safe, according to Sumter County deputies.

Officers say Zoey Tyner, 12, and Chloe Tyner, 14, were were both located Wednesday evening with the assistance of the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office and the Lee County Sheriff's Office. 

Officials had said the two left their residence on Oswego Highway at about 1 a.m. on April 5, and they were believed to have run away.
