For the second straight year, a large group of family, friends and fans came to State Farm Arena in Atlanta to watch A'ja Wilson on the court with the Las Vegas Aces.
The reigning WNBA rookie of the year scored 11 first half points as the Aces jumped out to a 49-25 halftime lead and ended up with a 92-69 victory to even their record at 2-2.
Last year, Wilson's first game in Atlanta as a pro ended with the home team winning 100-100. But Thursday night was all Aces who came out of the gates on a 13-2 run.
The contest was also the first game for Wilson and the Aces on the CBS Sports Network which is in its first season carrying WNBA games live.
