The Benedict College Lady Tigers outscored the Claflin Pantherettes 57-27 in the second half in their 83-53 non-conference women's basketball victory on Thursday night.

Benedict improves to 17-2 overall with their 12th straight victory, while Claflin falls to 0-18.

Wykira Johnson-Kelly led the Lady Tigers with 19 points.

In the men's game, Benedict rallied from a 13-point deficit in the first half to defeat Claflin 69-65.

Benedict improves to 8-11 overall, while Claflin falls to 9-11.

Deon Joyner led the way for the Tigers with 20 points and six rebounds.
