Columbia, SC (WLTX) - There are just two days left until the Columbia Fireflies home opener and the team's new partnership makes the future look bright.
The Columbia Fireflies is one of 16 Minor League Baseball teams with a multi-year sponsorship with Sunrun, the largest dedicated residential solar company in the United States.
Fireflies first baseman Dash Winningham has been selected to Sunrun's "The Future is Bright" lineup. The list has one top prospect from each of the 16 teams.
Every Sunday, you can see Sunrun Junior All-Stars hanging out with players at the start of the game. The company will also be doing sweepstake giveaways.
Opening day is Thursday against the Greenville Drive. Tickets are available here.
