RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — A pedestrian has died following a crash on Two Notch Road that happened on Friday night.
Corporal Tyler Tidwell with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 10:35 p.m. on Two Notch Road not far from Barber Drive.
Tidwell said that a Ford F-150 truck was heading north on Two Notch Road in the Dentsville community when the vehicle struck a pedestrian.
The driver was not injured but the pedestrian died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Authorities didn't say at the time if the pedestrian was walking in a crosswalk at the time of the crash. The Richland County Coroner's Office has not yet publicly identified the victim.
