Pickup crashes, flips into two Columbia homes

A car drove away from police, then crashes into two homes.

Columbia police are looking for the person who they say drove a stolen pickup into two homes.

The incident happened around 11 a.m. on Stepp Drive near Two Notch road.

According to police, an officer saw the car driving erratically in the area and tried to pull it over. However, police say the driver left the area and eventually crashed one house, and also damaged another home. 

Images taken from the scene scene show damage to the roof of the home, and the car lying on its side. 

The driver got out and was able to run away.

CPD says they determined the Toyota Tundra was stolen. At this point, they're still trying to determine who it was driving the vehicle.
