Lexington County, SC (WLTX) - Lexington County deputies have arrested a man who they say fondled a foreign exchange student.
Steven James Beam, 46, is charged with assault and battery first degree.
An incident report states the incident happened over the weekend at a home. According to the report, Bream held the girl down on a bed and groped her private parts.
The girl says he had fondled her breasts the day before, and only stopped when his wife walked up the stairs.
After the second incident, the student reported what happened to her to law enforcement.
The teen's family is coming from her home country to help her, according to the incident report.
