ELGIN, South Carolina — An Elgin teen, battling cystic fibrosis, had his come true.
Jackson Mangum received a truck overhaul at Corey's of Lexington courtesy of the "Make a Wish" Foundation.
Jackson originally got the truck from his grandmother, but it wasn't equipped for driving. During the celebration, Jackson's friends and family were on hand for the surprise.
"Make a Wish South Carolina" is it's own non-profit and it raises all of the money in South Carolina.
Last year, "Make a Wish" granted approximately 255 wishes in South Carolina.
