Brother, sister charged in Bluff Road club shooting

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Two siblings have been arrested in connection with a shooting on Bluff Road that left three hurt on Saturday morning.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department said 20-year-old LaRoyal Harley and 17-year-old Roy Harley were arrested early Thursday morning at their home.

The sheriff's department said the shooting happened Saturday around 1 a.m. at a location known as Club Lavish at 7950 Bluff Road. Based on preliminary reports, three women were wounded in the shooting, one of whom was unconscious when deputies arrived.

Following an investigation, Roy Harley was charged with two counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a handgun under the age of 18. LaRoyal Harley was charged with accessory after the fact of a felony. Both were taken to Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

Authorities said they are not looking for any other suspects.
