COLUMBIA, S.C. — A man is recovering from a suspected stab wound following an incident that happened in Columbia on Saturday afternoon.
Officials with Columbia Police said the call came in around 3:45 p.m. to a reported stabbing in the 3200 block of Cannon Street - not far from Rosewood Drive. While details regarding what led up to the stabbing are still under investigation, police said the incident appears to have been domestic in nature.
The victim suffered what police said did not appear to be life-threatening wounds. Police were still investigating and didn't have any details to release publicly regarding a suspect in the case or possible charges.
