Orangeburg, SC (WLTX) --Kenneth Franklin Cutter,37,of Wolfton has been arrested and charged with the murder of Kimberly Parrish.

According to Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell, investigators discovered Cutter was a friend of Parrish's for "at least four months."
