LOS ANGELES (AP) - Daryl Hall has been diagnosed with Lyme disease. Hall and Oates have had to postpone their tour as a result. Hall is expected to make a full recovery and resume the tour as soon as he can. Hall says in a statement the illness has made it impossible to give his best effort to their audiences. Lyme disease is caused by the bite of infected deer ticks, but Hall doesn't say specifically how he got it.
