Tallulah opened in the former Dianne's on Devine space in January of 2017.

Columbia, SC (WLTX) — A popular Columbia restaurant has closed its doors.

Tallulah, located at 2400 Devine Street, near Five Points, made the announcement on Facebook Monday.

The full statement reads:

We are deeply saddened to announce that Tallulah is closed. We enjoyed every moment sharing food and drink with you all.

Thank you to our staff. You all put in countless hours sharing our vision and passion with our guests. You all made the restaurant what is was. You helped us raise our family and we are forever grateful for that. We love you all.

Thank you to our vendors. We hope Columbia will continue to support the local farms and purveyors who make/grow/raise the best products available.

Thank you to our friends and family for the support, words of encouragement, and for understanding why we missed weddings, birthdays, hang-outs, family dinner and other countless events.

To our guests: Words cannot express how thankful we are for your patronage. You are the reason that we love doing what we do.

Thank you for the memories Columbia, our time at Tallulah was short, but our ideas are large, and we are ready to start our next adventure!
