Did anyone win the $735 million Mega Millions jackpot?

While no one hit Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot, two tickets won $1 million by correctly matching the five white ball numbers.

WASHINGTON — The Mega Millions jackpot has grown to $792 million after nobody correctly matched all six numbers in Tuesday night's drawing.

The numbers were 2-16-31-57-64, Mega Ball: 24, Megaplier: 3.

While no one hit the jackpot, one ticket in Massachusetts and another in North Carolina won $1 million by correctly matching the five white ball numbers.

Mega Millions hasn't seen a grand prize winner since December 8, 2023, when two tickets shared a $394 million jackpot.

The cash value of Tuesday's jackpot was $354.3 million. Winners almost always take the cash option, but they do have a choice to instead get the full amount in regular payments over 29 years.

Last year was a big year for massive lottery jackpots, with two Mega Millions jackpots and one Powerball jackpot worth over $1 billion.

Friday's estimated $792 million prize would be the tenth largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history and the sixth largest Mega Millions jackpot since the game began in 2002.

The odds of winning the jackpot are one in 302,575,350.
