Fort Jackson military dog put to rest

For the last two years the dog, Kex, served on more than 70 U.S. Secret Service missions.

Kex served on more than 70 U.S. Secret Service Missions, a year-long combat deployment to Iraq, and countless law enforcement missions.

Fort Jackson honored a military working dog, Kex. 

Kex passed away last week and was honored on Fort Jackson today with a processional through the post. 

Fort Jackson says that working military dogs like Kex are highly skilled warriors.

From May 15, 2022 to February 22, 2024, Kex served on more than 70 U.S. Secret Service missions, a year-long combat deployment to Iraq and countless law enforcement missions.
