ORANGEBURG, S.C. — An Orangeburg County teen is being accused of inappropriately touching a little girl and then posting nude pictures of the child online.
Kyle Michael Teran, 17, has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Officers say Teran went into a room where a 3-year-old girl was sleeping, pulled her pants down, and touched her inappropriately. According to an incident report, he then photographed the child's private parts and posted them to a photo app.
At least one other person saw the photos, the report states.
“This is just unfathomable to think anyone could take advantage of a small child such as this,” Sheriff Leroy Ravenel said. “Many crimes are heinous in nature. But this is just beyond understanding.”
The man was arrested and booked at the Orangeburg County jail.
