CLARENDON COUNTY, S.C. — Clarendon School District 3 decided to honor the class of 2020 in a special way.
Banners are displayed around the Town of Turbeville and East Clarendon, honoring the graduating seniors.
The banners can be seen next to the roadway with seniors pictures and names.
