College graduation is a big deal. And for one senior, walking across the stage was an achievement all its own.
That's because Aldo Amenta is a quadriplegic. He suffered a spinal cord injury in a diving accident in 2015, leaving him unable to walk.
But on Monday, with the help of an exoskeleton, Aldo walked across the stage to receive his diploma.
"That even though whatever happened to me, that didn't make me stop and made me achieve and fulfill my dreams," Amenta said.
Amenta studied engineering and says he's blessed by all the love and support he's received throughout his journey.
