FLORENCE, S.C. (AP) - Investigators say a 45-year-old Timmonsville woman has been killed while working in the QVC warehouse in Florence.
Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken told local media outlets that Agnes McKithen was 30 feet in the air tethered to a forklift on Thursday when a second forklift struck her machine and overturned it, knocking McKithen to the ground.
Authorities say McKithen died a short time later at the hospital.
Officials are investigating the incident.
