LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — Lexington County authorities say a teen missing for several days has been found safe.
The Lexington County Sheriff's Department said the 15-year-old was last seen on Feb. 4, walking away from his home. Authorities didn't say where he lives in Lexington County.
While no additional details regarding his disappearance or where he was found were released, the sheriff's department confirmed around 7:40 a.m. that he was safe. The department also thanked everyone who shared the information or otherwise helped getting word out on the teen's disappearance.
